Folic acid with vitamin D3
Folic acid 400 mcg + Vitamin D3 from Vital Cell Life is a dietary supplement that combines folic acid and vitamin D3. Folic acid is an essential B vitamin, especially important for women who want to become pregnant or are already pregnant.

Ingrediënts:
Filler (microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), folic acid (folate) (5-MTHF calcium salt (ExtraFolate-S®)), anti-caking agent (silicon oxide). Vega Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Use:
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water. Start 4 weeks before conception and continue for 10 weeks afterward.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
