Ingredients per 1 softgel:
Linseed oil (cold pressed)	1000 mg
- of wich: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) (omega-3)	500 mg
Linoleic acid (LA)(omega-6)	110 mg
Oleic acid (OA) (omega-9)	110 mg

Ingredients:
Linseed oil 
Softgel capsule: Gelatin, Glycerin, Water, Colour agent(Carbos flour, Caramel)

Use:
1-3  softgels per day.  Do not exceed the recommended dose unless otherwise prescribed by an Medical Parctitioner

Lineseed oil is cold pressed.
