Use:
1 capsule per day at least one hour before or after a (a protein rich) meal with water consumption. The capsule may be opened.
Caution:
Not recommended for children till the age of 12, not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. Not recommended when using antidepressant,
such as MAOIs inhibitors. Not advised to persons whit a poor nutritional condition or whit a low-protein diet.
