Use:
1 capsule daily, at least one hour before or after a (protein rich) meal with water. The capsule may be opened.
Take Isoleucine
combined with the other branched chain amino acids; L-leucine and L-valine, unless there is a reason to use only this amino acid exclusively.
Caution:
Not recommended for children till the age of 12, not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. Not advised to persons whit a poor nutritional condition or whit a low-protein diet.
