MCT C-8 Oil (1L)

Ingredients per daily dose, 1 spoon (15 ml)		% ADH
C-8 MCT oil	98 %

ADH = (European) Recommended daily intake for minimal health.

Other ingredients:
Coconut and/or palm kernel (MCT medium chain triglycerides)

Use:
15-50 ml 2 times a day with a meal. People whit with gastrointestinal complaints or experiencing gastrointestinal irritation should start whit a low dose.
When having gastrointestinal issues lower the dosage.
Oil can be heated till 100 degrees. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Remark:
This product is a diet supplement.
MCT (Medium-Chain Triglyceride) and is a type of fatty acid. Medium-Chain means that the fatty acids have a medium chain.
MCT oil provides energy quickly and is not stored as fat. Consult an expert before taking supplements in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication and disease.
