L-Glutamine	500 mg

L-Glutamine, Cellulose Filler), ascorbyl palmitate (anti-caking agents) 
Vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water.

Use: Dietary Supplement for adults
1 capsule 1 to 4 x daily at least half an hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
