Ingredients:
Magnesium (citrate/ascorbate/taurate/malate),Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.
Vegetarian capsule: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Application:
In case of inadequate intake of magnesium through diet or to provide the body with additional magnesium.

Use:
1 to 3 capsules during the daily meal. 
Do not exceed the recommended dose
