Ingredients per daily dose (1 capsule):		%ADH
L-lysine (HCl)	400 mg

ADH = (European) Recommended daily intake.

Other ingredients:

Vegetarian capsule: hydroxymethyl propylcellulose.

Use: Adult food supplement.
1 capsule per day between meals (at least half an hour before, or two hours after a meal).
The capsule may be removed.

Causion:
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
